Borneo88 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any Member under the following circumstances:

• Account closure requested by the Member themselves;
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

When an account is closed for legitimate reasons (not due to a violation), any eligible balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Member within 7–14 business days.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Borneo88 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage suffered by the Member in connection with the use of the platform;
• Loss of funds due to failure or errors in third-party systems, including payment providers;
• Losses resulting from the theft of login credentials due to the Member's own negligence;
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Borneo88's control, such as internet outages, natural disasters, or government directives.

Borneo88's maximum total liability to any Member for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Borneo88 takes the protection of Members' personal data seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your data are governed by the Borneo88 Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms.

By registering an account, you agree that Borneo88 may:

• Collect and process your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, and payment processing;
